Cleansing Program Menu
Prior to beginning any of the following programs we strongly suggest that you make some dietary modifications at home (suggestions to follow.) We also suggest that prior to your visit with us you begin taking a customized herbal formula to maximize your cleansing experience. We highly recommend Blessed Herbs Formulas they are all organic and we feel they are the “Cadillac” of herbal cleansing formulas. You may purchase them online at blessedherbs.com <http://blessedherbs.com> . Also we very much like the Natures Sunshine formulas, which we use here in Costa Rica. You may also purchase those in your area. The program we recommend is the Strong, Healthy & Happy herbal cleansing program.
If you do not wish or do not have time to begin these programs prior to your visit with us we will begin you on a Natures Sunshine program when you arrive, the cost of these herbs are not included in your program so there will be an added charge upon your arrival.
It will accelerate your cleansing program if you are able to begin these formulas a week or two before you join us here for your Clean & Green Program. Please remember to bring your herbal formulas with you if you begin them at home.

3-Day Introductory/Maintenance Program
The 3-day Program is designed as an introduction to internal cleansing and a great way to begin your Natural Healing journey. It is also an ideal maintenance program for those who have already made the commitment to a healthier more natural lifestyle.
As our guest you will be welcomed to your luxurious beachfront accommodations at Casas Pura Vida with a delicious raw food meal. You will be served fresh young coconut juice twice daily, a cleansing herbal apple cocktail daily and abundant kidney and liver support teas throughout each day. Each evening you will be served a delicious and nourishing vegetable broth. There will be a daily yoga class available and you will receive one professional restorative massage.
Each of our guests will receive a private consultation with Dr Theo at the 03 Institute. For your convenience, transportation to and from the nearby Institute will be provided. At The 03 Institute you will receiver two Colon Hydrotherapy Treatments, one Ear Candling Treatment, a Customized Cleansing-Restorative Facial and one Lenox Bio-Magnetic Resonance Treatment. At The Institute you will also be instructed in dry skin brushing and will receive a personal skin brush as well as your personal at home cleansing kit.
If you decide that more pampering is in order you may schedule other “a la carte” therapeutic treatments naturally there will be additional fees for services not included in your basic program. Also there will be an extra $52 fee if we will be providing you with your herbal cleansing support program.
To support you on your road to wellness you will be provided with a lunch-to-go bag with raw food goodies upon your departure from Casas Pura Vida.

21-Day Deep Tissue Cleanse
This program is for those wishing to cleanse at a cellular level. It is possible that you may clean out years of tissue congestion on this program. This program is designed to ease you in and out of the cleansing process and Dr. Theo and his professional staff will closely monitor your progress in this program. We strongly recommend that you prepare ahead for this program with some at-home dietary changes (recommendations to follow.) Also we recommend that you begin your herbal support program 1-2 weeks in advance of your arrival at Casas Pura Vida. We suggest the Blessed Herb cleansing program, which you may order online at blessedherbs.com <http://blessedherbs.com> or the Natures Sunshine Strong, Healthy and Happy herbal cleansing program. If you start these herbs at home please remember to bring them with you to support your cleanse. If you are unable to begin the herbal program prior to your stay with us we will provide you with the Natures Sunshine Program upon your arrival there will be an extra $78 fee for this program.
You will be welcomed to Casas Pura Vida with a raw food meal and will settle into your luxurious beachfront accommodations. On this program you will eat some fruits and vegetables for the first 3 days as you taper into your cleansing routine. During the deep cleansing portion you will be provided with daily cleansing cocktail blends, liver and kidney support teas, fresh coconut water and a nightly nourishing vegetable broth.
Casas Pura Vida will provide you with transportation to and from the nearby 03 Institute. At The 03 Institute you will receive a private consultation with Dr. Theo, your personal at-home cleansing kit, a body brush and dry-brush massage instructions. As part of the deep tissue cleanse you will also receive 9 Colon Hydrotherapy Treatments, 3 rejuvenating facial treatments, 6 ear-candlings, 4 herbal absorption therapies and 3 Lenox Bio-Magnetic Resonance sessions. There will be a daily Yoga class at Casas Pura Vida and you will also receive 3 restorative massage therapy treatments.

Dietary Recommendations Prior to Beginning the Clean & Green Program
It is our desire that you have the most comfortable and at the same time profound cleansing experience during your Clean & Green Program. There are things that you can do at home to assist in helping you achieve this goal. If possible it would be helpful if you were able to taper down and ultimately eliminate all salt, oils, grains, meat, and dairy products, beans and alcohol from your diet. If you smoke this would be a good time to taper down. For 2- 3 days prior to your arrival at Casas Pura Vida eat mostly raw fruits and vegetables, you may make juices and or blend them with purified water if you like. It is advisable that you not combine fruits and vegetables however some people are able to do this without ill effects. If you have no yeast issues starting your day with fresh fruit (organic when possible,) can be very cleansing and rejuvenating. You may lightly steam greens or other light veggies and consume a large green salad daily. Also you may consume a fresh vegetable broth, with onions, parsley, carrots, beets, celery and beet greens. Strain the broth and sip as desired. Do not eat starchy vegetables such as potatoes and yucca; these have a gluing effect in the colon. Also bananas have a binding effect as well; begin to eliminate them prior to making your journey, apples are most cleansing and travel well. Avocados also make great travel food; they come in their own bowl!
