CasasPuravida is proud to work with Kina Surf Shop, Santa Teresa's number one Surf shop & Surf School.

Kina is a real surf store with all the bits of hardware needed for surfing. They have been trading as Kina Surf for 3 years. The owners are 2 Kiwis (New Zealanders) with a combined surfing experience of 64 years. Kina aims to stock everything that makes the surfing lifestyle what it is as a sport. The Staff are all knowledgeable and friendly with a range of surf instructors that teach all levels, from beginners to the advanced surfers who wish to improve and develop there skills.

SURF CAMP DATES : Nov. 14-21, '09, June 20-27, 2010

  • Please plan to arrive in Tambor on Saturday.
  • We will provide transportation to & from Tambor airport.
  • You will depart on the following Saturday.


You will be provided with six days of first class, daily, qualified instruction by experienced instructors, from Sunday to Friday (6 days), and a surf board appropriate for your level.

You will also be provided with the lodging option of your choice.
One massage is included in the package price.
Meals & other expenses are you responsibility to cover.
Each house has a complete kitchen.
You may choose to rent an entire house for your group or family, or a room for an individual or couple.

CasasPuraVida Lodging options for Individuals and Couples :

We will offer the following lodging options for Surf Camp guests who do not wish to rent an entire house:

Standard - 5 rooms total (sleeps 10 max) $ 125/night per room - single or double occupancy

  • Casa Pelicano 1 room with 2 singles (bunk bed) and private bath
  • Casa Tortuga 2 rooms with 2 singles each with shared bath (for those two rooms)
  • Casa Iguana 2 rooms, one with 2 two singles & one with queen, shared bath (for those two rooms)

* All with well equipped, modern, shared kitchen

Superior - 3 rooms (sleeps 6 total) $ 175/night per room

  • Casa Pelicano 2 rooms with king beds & private baths
  • Casa Tortuga 1 room with king bed & private bath

* All with well equipped, modern, shared kitchen

Deluxe - 7 rooms total (sleeps 14) $ 350/night per room

  • Casa Yin yang 2 rooms, one with double queen & one king, private baths
  • Casa Paraiso 5 rooms (beds to be determined-most likely 3 rooms with kings & 2 rooms with a queen & a single, all with private baths)

* All with well equipped, modern, shared kitchen
