There are several great horse back riding tours in the area. There are two that we recommend.
The Star Mountain horseback riding tour winds gentle through the mountains, jungles and beaches of nearby Mal Pais. There are several tours offered to suit your riding level & needs. Horseback Riding Adventures Montezuma offers daily excursions around the Montezuma area. You will discover Costa Rican forests in Las Delicias de Montezuma, rivers, El Chorro waterfalls & beautiful white sand beaches. Tours are available for riders of all ages & levels & lead by experienced bi-lingual guides. Fruit, water, gear & transfers are included for @ $ 55 (minimum 4 people).
