We are the # 1 family oriented beach house rental resort in Playa Santa, the Southern Nicoya Peninsula, and perhaps all of Costa Rica. Our project revolves around Family value & Family fun. Because our homes are so private with plenty of space both inside & out, you'll enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation where your kids can be kids. Our 3 bedroom homes, Casas Yin Yang, Tortuga & Pelicano are located in a quiet residential area in Santa Teresa's exclusive Northend. Each one of our newly built, well furnished homes sleeps between 6-8 guests & has private swimming pools, just steps to the beach, through tropical gardens without having to cross any other properties or roads. Each spacious home has a comfortable Master Bedroom Suite with a well appointed King size supreme quality orthopedic mattress, 250 count cotton sheets and large private bath for the grown-ups. There is plenty of kids space too with their own bedroom & bathroom areas as well. The kitchens are incredibly well equipped with stainless steel pots & pans & virtually everything the you may need to cook any type of meal, including a BBQ for the whole family. eat-up counter top space & dining for 6 +. The market & coffeshop/restaurant are just across the street & other restaurants are just a short walk towards town. If you prefer not to cook, we can easily arrange for chef services & babysitting, in the comforts & privacy of your villa. Screens, separate A/C & ceiling fans in each room, 29" Color Satellite TV, WiFi, alarm, safe, & much more.
In addition, our manager will help you to organize the family fun ! She may arrange with a wide variety of vacation activities, from visiting Costa Rica's first national Park to surf lessons or canopy tours, fishing for Dad or a day at the Spa for Mom, Spanish lessons, snorkeling, horseback, scuba diving & ATV tours and a whole lot more, upon request with no additional fees.
